If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Yoga should be ok if it is low intensity. Boxing might put to much strain on your body and make you worse.

I have something right now, probably a cold, so I am taking tomorrow of the gym and hoping to go on Sunday instead. Will not rush it though.

Just be sensible.

I lift if my sickness does not cause any stamina issues such as headaches or throat mucus. If its just a stuffynose/sorethroat, working out helps actually.

I just do strength training at around 70% of what I usually lift with only 1 set per exercise. I spend around 15-25 minutes excluding warming up.

Like quag said, if it makes you feel worse, stop.

Do you feel good or not?

I really don't know what it means. I had a sore throat and still went twice this week with it and things are fine. Now the sore throat is gone. Do you FEEL like you can lift or not and you just looking for an excuse to pansy out? sometimes you feel bad and show up at the gym and everything is fine.

My damn roommate brought home strep throat (he and his gf both have it) and i got a LITTLE sore but defeated it within 3 days because i eat vitamin c, vegetables, take glutamine, and am healthy in general. My immune system kicks ass. He and his fat gf are moping around.

sorry kinda giddy and posting at 2:20am. Rare night that i drank and met a steeler fan at the bar and she's goin with me to a sports bar sunday to watch the game. i rule... she's cute.

That's your fault for kissing him.
