“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Is it alright if I don't do chest/shoulders for a while? Like 2 months? I keep missing my chest/shoulder workout cuz of my schedule. Afterall, legs/back is the most important to develop, right?

I don't have time for a three day split right now either. Just do a two day split instead. The day you currently have most time on do Chest/legs one day, back another. You can do other variations, but I've found that bench doesn't really detract from squats. So do something like, your chest workout then do your leg workout.

Yeah, what quagmire said. Just add a few sets of incline bench and dips to your squat workout, or do Iron Addict's 2day split.

Day One:

Dips or Bench Press 2 x 6-8

Incline Press, or incline Fly 2 x 10-12

Military Press, Or Hammer Shoulder Press 2 x 6-8

Tricep (skull crushers) Extensions or Tricep Pushdowns 2 x 10-12

Heavy Abs 3 x 10

Day Two:

Pull-Up 3 sets to failure

Barbell Row 2 x 8

EZ-Bar Or Dumbell Curl 1 x 10

Squats 2 x 10

Deadlifts, or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 x 10

You could rotate squats 2x10 with deadlifts 1x10 every other week if you feel you're neglecting your back, or go and do 2 sets of deads if you feel up to it.

not at all. It's a good strength-based workout for overall hypertrophy. A 'looks' workout wouldn't include deadlifts or squats, and have more cable crossovers and tricep kickbacks. ;)

spes - do the 2day routine above. legs and back are more important to overall growth than chest, but you shouldn't neglect it entirely.

I dont claim to know anywhere near as much as IA experts, but if the compounds lifts are still improving every workout, why bother adding assistance and iso work?

Why not

Day 1

Squat
Bench press
Deadlift

Day 2

Squat
Military press
Row/pullup

Mixing up the order as desired. Hell you could probably get away with doing 'Squat, Bench, Deadlift' both workouts and make awesome gains.
