and shes been angry ever since..

Right now she's just testing you. What you said wasn't that bad: I called my girlfriend a ***** and she was mad for a few minutes but then she got over it. If she's holding a grudge cuz you said "no you're a *****" and gave examples to support your affirmation, she's either a) really messed up or b) trying to power-guilt you into submission.
