The search function hasn't been helping me lately.
I'm not looking for hard and fast rules but just comments on what ya'll do.

Do you guys call any sooner (or later) after sex than you would after a normal date? Or just let her call you?

And does the amount of days between sex and your call differ depending on whether you had sex with some girl you just met or some girl you've been working on for awhile for a LTR? If it differs, how long for each situation?

Call the next day. Let her know that you weren't just using her for sex. There is a 3 day to 1 week rule when it comes to setting up dates and dates in general. But she basically just gave her body to you and that's a big physical thing. Always call the next day and just talk to her so she knows you weren't just fucking her for a good fuck.
