141 to withhold your number in England, maybe all of Britain
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

yeah, then you look really wierd if you get into a relationship with the girl and she sees that you actually have a number. Plus you would look like a nosy telemarketer and I don't pick up the phone with them. Sounds sorta stalkerish or prankster type of person.Francisco d'Anconia said:Psssst... True, but you have to ask yourself why did they feel the need to make an option for people who call people who they know wouldn't answer the phone if they knew it was them. Why call someone who wouldn't want to talk to you?penkitten said:and caller id can still be defeated by *67
And rightly, because -- in absence of a real good reason to do so, like wanting the person to call a different # than the one from which you're calling -- blocking caller ID is so 1990s.Psssst... This thread is like over half a decade old...
i learned about the feature because of residents at my apartment complex (work). they page my emergency pager for emergency maintenance and i am to return their call, identify if the problem needs dealt with now or can wait until the next business day.Francisco d'Anconia said:True, but you have to ask yourself why did they feel the need to make an option for people who call people who they know wouldn't answer the phone if they knew it was them. What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
