"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Alright, haven't been on here for ages... but yea, been doing great in college with the ladies. Anyways, I called this girl I met.. (Got her # on the elevator in residence 3 days ago). I called her today at 5 and she was really surprised and excited that I called, told her Its easier to talk to her in person so in a couple hours I'd come down and visit her in her room. She was going to the mall, and so I told her I was busy and she said she'd call me when she got back. Started drinking with some buddies and my roommate and his girlfriend pressured me to call her room at 11. So I called shortly before 11 and she wasn't there.

I was drunk out of my mind, now its 1 AM, she still hasn't called and I've sobered up.. Not really concerned about her calling back cuz I've met tons of girls at Rez, but should I try this girl once more in a few days, or just leave her too it? Out of all the girls I met, she was the one I clicked most with so thats why I am asking, any other girl and it would have immediately put her on the backburner.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think.

Ciao

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
