Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Wow a nuthugger /labiahugger. She ain't all that my friend , without the jujitsu 101 she is nothing. I guaranteed you after this she will be beat every single time.no, she's not. Just watch. She's never had the size weight advantage, she's fast, tenacious and smart. Now that she's been forced to realize her weakness, she'll fix it. She's got the time, money and incentive to do so.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Her corner should've instructed her to get her down. She took a bunch of damage trying to hang in there with Helm.Yep, people forget she won several of her first fights with a simple takedown-mount-arm bar, just basic jits 101.
Her boring fighting was ok for a while because she's hot, but there is pressure on every fighter to be entertaining. People buy tickets and ppv to see punches and kicks, not boring-ass grappling. Rhonda out-boxed a few weaker opponents in recent events, and must have gotten the obviously incorrect idea that she could spar with a champion boxer. I would blame her trainers for letting her get that impression. Her stand-up sucks. She looks like a little monkey bouncing around the cage. And it's her trainer's job to tell her that. All she had to do was take the fight to the ground, and she would have won easily. But she was too vain, stupid, poorly trained, or a combination of the three.
Last night was the best thing to happen to Dana White in a long time. He was creaming his pants thinking about the rematch as soon as Rousey started bleeding.
She should've dodged a punch and did her thing in getting in close and taking her down.eventually, you will always run into somebody who can strike well enough that you CANT just take them down. you MUST learn the standup game, especially kicking and evading/blocking kicks.
It's like she was just eating punches...The mistake I noticed most of all was that when Holm punched her Rousey didn't do anything of either parry, dodge, block or respond... she just let Holm ramp up the damage to her. It's stuff you learn when you first start training and a really basic mistake.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
