“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I'm 6'3" and before I started bulking up in the gym I was 187lbs. Right now I'm 197lbs, but I feel chubby! I have to eat SOOO much and it leaves me feeling constantly bloated, anyone else have this problem?

Another thing I don't know how much muscle I've packed on, I hope it's just not flab from all the food I've been eating. I seem to look a little fatter in the mirror too, my face looks more oval like:( That sux, If it were my 187lbs or current physique I'd choose my old physique, at least I was more cut.

I just hope that when I start cutting I'll lose some of this sh1tty bagagge, anyone else feel like a fat fvck when there bulking up?

Hmm...

yeah, when you're bulking you'll feel bigger. You'll feel full all the time, although I definitely think the meals should be spread out a bit, and have multiple ones. Keep your body fed throughout the day.

How to judge your progress? Your lifts should go up. The whole point of bulking is to build muscle, become stronger, keep your body fed with energy so it can build. You should bulk, gain in all your lifts, then cut while trying to maintain those high lifts. Repeat. That's all that "bulking" and "cutting" is.... putting on muscle and getting stronger, and then trying to lose the fat you've put on to shape your body. That's where the word bodybuilding comes from, you're building your body, and shaping it to what you desire.

But surely when you're bulking you shouldn't feel bloated 24/7 right? I mean I go to work and it's so fricken uncomfortable with my belt on! I feel like I'm gonna explode coz I get soo bloated.

If your feeling bloated your obviously doing somthing wrong. When your bulking your suposed to feel stronger look biger but not fat cause the muscle mass you gain is suposed to surpass fat greatly so u can't see it. To me it sounds like you gained mostly fat. Concentrate onk eation alot of lean protien and workout should take no longer than and hour. U also neer to monitor yourself so u know when to use cardio. Too much and you wont gain muscle too little and you'll gai alot of fat.
