Hi, I read that if you want to bulk and cut, you should do it in phases instead of at the same time. I'm about average weight, but I'd like to bulk up my arms, but get a thinner stomach area and lower body fat in general. So my question is, does it matter if I bulk first and then cut, or cut first and then bulk?

you can bulk then cut, then cut again then bulk, bulk some more, cut cut cut, bulkity bulkity bulkity doo, bulk cut cut bulk culk but bulker cutter culker butter... put your body through all those stupid cycles and take three steps forward and 2.5 steps backwards every time.

Or you can just train like an animal, eat like you're already 20lbs heavier than you're already are, make like a cardio bunny 5-6xa week, and time your carbs, drink green/white tea, stay active.. basically become a human blast furnace which with just a few diet tweaks can get you losing bodyfat while you're growing.

the health benefits are numerous - go to google and you'll find a whole wealth of information. there's so many reasons to drink the stuff (or take the pills).

for body composition and training, it's a natural stimulant and a thermogenic, green tea extract is included in a lot of fat burners. white tea is a more potent version of green tea but it's also twice the price.
