Gives a lot of information on different exercises that can be performed without going to a gym. A helpful website to go along with all of this that I found was http://www.frixo.com/sites/fitness/index.html+ (once again delete the + at the end). This website has a lot of spelling errors but I feel it gives good workout routines and a fairly decent explanation of different exercises (pictures included). So what do you guys think?
