"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Don't all shout at once....

NC for 8 months she rang twice , picked up second time. came up with a lame excuse to ring me, long and short of it is she is moving to a new place and said she was single . I was cool and said good luck with that and she asked about me.
I said I was seeing someone, could tell she was pissed.... kept asking me questions and then saying , " don't answer, I don't want to know"

said I had to go , result is I am now smiling and I know she is pissed.

so maybe NC is not always the answer all the time......

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Depends on how often you replay that conversation over in your head.

Eight months is a long time, I doubt you're agonizing over her anymore (if that's why you went NC).

No harm done.

once your through the cr*p and have moved on in your head it's ok.

Although a little part of me was happy she was pissed and I felt in control.

Consider this a small mental reward for sticking with the plan for eight months... Not that you wish misery upon her, but she volunteered to tell her situation willingly to you. And maybe she'll learn not to take the next guy for granted (hahaha, hold your breath on that one...)

Great report!

I don't know what it is about all my exes but I swear every single one has gotten fat. They vanish for just a few years, then suddenly pop up out of no where again twice their former size.

I like to believe they turn to cakes and pies to fill the void I left.

I can't say I don't enjoy it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

They probably got into a relationship, let themselves slide, and it ended. Then they dial up all their exes for a pick me up boost or a bang.

that's the point it's never about you,

you have to remember that, they have just been dumped or broken up with their boyfriends and want validation, they are feeling down and want a pick me up.

They want to know you still care or haven't moved on, are still pining for them and want them back, then they go away happy.

They didn't give a sh*t about you when you broke up 8 months ago, why would they give a sh*t about you now.....open your eyes, I did..

I hear you. Happened to me a little while back. I tell her that I now date women half my age, and she tried to shame me.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Ha, what other option does she have???

For all their legal and SMP advantages, we ultimately hold the cards...as long as we remember it. Damn it's good to me (male).

The point of no contact is to move on. No other purpose. If you use it otherwise, you teeter the thin line of alpha/beta. No contact is a means to forget, not regret. The more 'hope' you add to the equation, the more depression you will feel in the end.
