Been in same shoes before, my advice is breakup and do it now. I started feeling same way, but I was so worried abt her reaction that I prolonged it and eventually got deep into relationship grew further invested and SHE dumped me. Always bomb first man, ALWAYS! Stop worrying about her shell live. First it's bday, then Christmas, vday, anniversary. Stop worrying abt being an *******. It's called a breakup for a reason. No really nice way or timing to do it.
