What are some good breakfasts to cook in 10min or less
PLs nothing with eggs in it (thats all i know how to cook in my 18 years, eggs ==")

grits. or oatmeal but that one of obvious. Not really any cooking involved.

It helps to rotate them since oatmeal is better sweet and grits are better with some salt and butter.

Cook some meat up the night before, store it in tupperware in the fridge, then reheat it for brekky.

Couple servings of oatmeal + 2 scoops whey protein/casein protein mixed in. Add splenda, fruit and cinnamon if you'd like.

cottage cheese+fruit

steak cooked/grillled the prior night (thin sirloin cuts are best)
2 pieces of toasted ezekiel bread+cheese (or other wholesome bread e.g. rye)
steak sandwich :)

6-8 oz pan fried ground beef
microwaved sweet potato (puncture with knife, wrap in paper towel, soak in this under water real fast, micro 8-10 minutes usually depending on size of potato and your microwave)
mix and add hot sauce for sweet & spicy meal. :)

greek yogurt + fruit (blueberries is good) and a protein shake on the side
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

True but if you're not used to eating big breakfasts ease into it or you'll feel bloated right up until lunchtime.
