"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Boycot SOYA if you wanna preserve your manliness

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Strange, I remember some kid telling me this when I was in 3rd grade actually. And it stuck with me for the rest of my life. But I never knew if it was true or not, I just tried to not eat any soy. Funny how you bring this up and I've tried avoiding the stuff for the most part.

Unfermented soy should be avoided (soy milk and tofu). Fermented soy is healthy (miso and tempeh).

This is because unfermented soy contains estrogen-mimicking compounds called phytoestrogens, which lead males to develop breasts and women to develop breast tumors.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Maybe this is why men tend to crave meat more than women do.

Maybe this is why a random girl in a club called me gay when I was dancing with her friend the other week..

*takes cartons of soy milk out of the fridge and throws them in the trash*

What about edamame? And all that stuff made with soybean oil and what not? Safe of not?

Unfermented soy is not safe in any shape or form, I don't care what they call it. Is it a coincidence Asians as a population have the lowest testosterone levels of any group? I doubt it.

Geez guys I haven't noticed any shortage of Asians in the world labour so I'd say it it was haven't dropped off yet When it comes to natural sources of coenzyme Q10 it's basically chicken liver or boiled soya beans. And if you're worried about your b1tch titties vegetables like cabbage from the brassica family block oestrogen uptake

Soya has great effect on women.... it makes them have better skin, look youngers .... That's why Asian girl can be looking alot '' younger ''..... So for women Soya has great health quality

For guys, it kill our testoterone

However, like drug or pharmacy.... moderation is key.

In my case, I have soya every day lol... I am so T-low.... but at least the girls will look young longer.

PS: In Asia, Soya is like salt... you have to ask to get it lol

Dude I've been having banana and soy milk shakes for months thinking I've been on a roll toward being a healthier male. Didn't realise I've practically been sprinkling my Mom's HRT tablets over a Banana for breakfast. Next the guys at work will be calling me B1tch Tits lol. Someone Hook up to an IV of Red Meat quick!

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
