ok, guys i hope you are ready to tackle the first week. Our task this week is to do 50 hi's and 50 eye contact with people. you don't necessarily have to do them simultaneously but i would recommend you should. this will hopefully give you a spike of confidence that would be needed for the on coming week afterwards. this might feel awkward in the beginning but trust me it gets easier after you do about 20. so guys this start tommorrow 2nd of october.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

so far i have done about 21/50 hi's i always forget to count ec.

so far i have completed all 50/50 hi's and ec. also on the side i have been approaching women. so far in the last two days i have approached about 6 girls and gotten away with 2 numbers. ill write my approach down later hoping for feedback
