yeah a little competition of sorts would be a cool incentive

i know people could lie in their posts but if we had a gentlemans agreement to be truthful and encourage each other then the only person they would be cheating is themselves.

i can't see a reason to lie. we are in boot camp ! we are going to make mistakes !

maybe just run a poll each day and see who did the best on that particular day ?
