I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

You should try dish detergent. It works wonders!

Dish detergent is too harsh. You will damage your skin, possibly leaving yourself open to premature aging skin or cancer.

Irish Spring soap is the best. I use nothing else.

Bar soap is better, it has little scent and won't mix with your colonge which is required if you want to smell good for the whole day. It's also cheaper and all those bodywash smell the same = BORING.

This is coming from a dermatologist I go to...

Pick a Dove bar soap anti-bacterial. It's the lightest, does the job, and doesn't **** up your skin.

liquid and bar soap do the same trick.
liquid is more convenient and bar soap is cheaper.
some people are allergic to different kinds of soaps.
if you use liquid with one of those puffy things, it will help with dry skin because that puffy thing with flake the old dry stuff off better than a washcloth.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
