How does OP even get through the day at 900 cal/day at his height!? He is starving himself. He is going to lose some more muscle and keep all of the fat.

He should keep caloric deficit at a minimum and lift heavy (compound movements).

Just figure I'd touch base with everyone, I tried to maintain that massive calorie deficit but it was just killing me on my lifting/cardio days. I ended up having a deficit of 600-500 calories only. I'm down 5lbs since I posted this, some of my lifts have stalled but other areas like my triceps are still getting great gains. I go in for another DEXA scan next month, it will be interesting to see if I gained or lost any lean mass.

Edit: Thanks for all the advice in here there was quite a big of information to mull and think over.
