Hey guys, got a little trouble here I could use some help with.

My GF and I have a really good relationship. However, she has recently admitted that she has a body image problem. She thinks she's fat (she is far from fat, believe me) and doesn't believe me when I tell her as she says that 'thats just what anyone'd say.'

I'm kind of in a "damned if i do damned if i dont" situation as I want to help her out but don't know what to do. Any ideas?

If she is insecure about something,"learn to love it". If she has a mole she wants removed,kiss it. Let her know its not a big deal.

She thinks that she is fat? Show her fat,look up "fat women" on google and show her those are fat. While you are showing her tell her that,"These women are fat,you are not. Infact I wouldn't have you any other way." Make sure she feels secure about it. Or just tell her,"If you were fat I would have left you." with a serious look on your face.
