Why do blonde women get noticed alot more? It is wierd, I actually prefer brunettes I think, but blondes stand out and get noticed alot more? Do us men unconsciously associate blonde with being more healthy and youthful.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

I think that if a woman has long, straight, shiny blonde hair, she will generally get a disproportionate amount of attention from men. Yellow is a bright color, and it attracts attention. But above all the lustre and shine of a mane of hair is what REALLY attracts men. It's a sign of good health and fertility.
I think you hit the nail on the head with that explanation. The chick I was with last night had the hair you described above and it did attract attention. Amazing what hair color can do for women. Of course, Brunettes I like just a much.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
