"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I'm dating a girl and we are getting very serious and want to start having sex. The problem is her parents are very strict about this kind of stuff. How should we approach her parents?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

have you ever watched the "that 70s show" episode where Eric and Donna tell Red (Eric's father) that they're responsible adults to make their own decisions and to have sex.

Red says "oh? well then since you're BOTH responsible adults... you BOTH should go tell Donna's father also."

so it takes them a while to get the guts to do it. eventually they tell HER father in the middle of the episode during the morning or so in the kitchen.

at the end of the episode its night and Eric is still in the kitchen with her father scared to move.

it's a funny episode... i guess you have to watch it.

Don't tell her parents. It's quite obvious that you guys want to be responsible. That's quite enough. It's probably better if her parents don't know. Specialy if they are strict. And it really won't solve anything.

First and foremost, use condoms. Just buy them. If you don't know how to use them then look inside the box and then practice.

Check out planned parenthood. I think itshttp://www.plannedparenthood.com

I don't know the exact laws wich probably vary state to state, but they will give you all the info you need about birth control including cheap morning after pills. Get one and keep it on hand.

If your girl is old enough to be sexually active she should also be going to the gynocologist. Tell her to tell her mom she needs to go. Simple as that.

She can discuss birthcontrol with her doctor and it should remain confidental (though maybe there are laws conerning this?). Then all you have to do is figure out how to pay for the presrciption. Depending on what she gets it is relatively cheep.
