Her job as a bartender is not hired to intervene and try to protect patrons. that's a bouncers job. Her job was simply to serve drinks or to flag people who are too drunk. This little Polish girl intervenved between the cop and a customer the cop had punched . In other words she stepped up to the plate and tried to protect someone else who was getting beat up. She was definately wrong as this guy was 250lbs and she is 115lbs.

I would not raise my hand to help any drunk guys in a bar getting into trouble. But a girl who simply is trying to earn a living by doing her job and attacked in this situation is very different.

I am saying none of the GUYS in the bar thought to protect her. Not even thinking to attack the guy from behind to their advantage. they just let the girl get her ass kicked while they watched. I'm pretty sure since the guy was so drunk he was not as strong as he may have been sober because it seems there was suprisingly "little"damage done to her. But I bet she is thinking really highly of American men now.

She's in charge of the bar. That includes whatever is in her power to maintain order. In this case, that SHOULD have been calling for help. She unwisely stepped in and got pounded. I know you all are feeling a little USA envy, but try not to be as obvious as sparky about it.

This event is another argument for why private security companies should be allowed to employ military weapons. If every business had their own private corporate army, things like this wouldn't happen. And maybe we can give companies the power to enforce laws and sentence offenders on their territory, which will help the justice system.
