Biceps are being little b!tches

I am happy with the progress I am making with my chest, abs, and triceps. However, my biceps fatigue and I experience muscle failure but they rarely get sore after a workout and have not experienced the same growth as my other muscles. What gives? Any recommendations?

How are you training them? Standing Dumbell Curls are worthless on biceps, because you end up using your back, shoulder, abs and everything else to make that curl. If you really want to nail them, curl a barbell from a supported position, that isolated my biceps big time and they are very, very nice.

Make sure you feed them too.

Pick 1-2 movements for biceps and 1-2 movements for forearms and just hit them hard and get stronger via more reps or weight with respectable form ....on later sets some cheating is acceptable especially towards or at the end of your last working set.
