"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Ever notice how this is all around you? Betas are claiming space all the time. True men with powerful presence, never claim space.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm not disagreeing with you necessarily. But one of the most common ways to display alpha energy is to take up space, according to most PUA material.

@zekko Look at vehicle traffic, truck drivers specifically. They claim space by accelerating, and braking and not letting anyone maneuver. If you manage to outsmart them, they absolutely will honk, show finger, go around you and brake check. Don't sound alpha to me. Sounds immature and beta, doesn't it. Big F-150's and chevy's that alpha males suppose to drive. Beta AF!

Another example. People at gas stations. Absolutely claiming space by taking longer than necessary. Some manage to fuel up on the other side, with hose going over the car. That's not alpha. That's 100% beta. That's 100% socially awkward.

People at grocery stores and walmarts claiming space all the time by positioning and racing to the checkout, etc.

Once you understand what to look for, you see this beta behavior all over. You are able to separate not only true alphas from betas, but adequate people from trouble makers, because this claiming space behavior also comes from women.

I noticed that too, but it doesn't really phase me most of the time. I plan my day in a way that accounts for people wasting my time. Especially in traffic. I mentally tagged some areas as "street of retards" and "IQ-test road crossing." Sounds silly, but helps you to chill out if people practically stop in the middle of the road.

I make it a point to almost never honk or flash headlights.

What you describe, I'm noticing more in a psychological way. Not sure if native speakers use the idiom, but betas don't give you face. You try to help, next thing you know is that they are trying to mess with you in some way. It doesn't make sense.

My conclusion is to only help betas if I'm absolutely sure the aftermath won't bother me. It honestly seems like doing good things to betas is the same as doing bad things to alphas. Both won't end well unless you are prepared sufficiently.

Honestly in my workplace the betas run thing. They aren’t smarter or more efficient they are just more willing to play the game

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

You're describing jerk behavior, but then a lot of PUA material maintains that women are attracted to jerks. At least short term.

Women are attracted to betas that demonstrate a clear beta behavior? None sense.

It's a line between normalcy and weirdness, I noticed. This weird anti-social behavior of claiming space VS. just being normal.

Person can claim space in many different ways, it's not necessarily about space, it's about asserting dominance, mind you, in situations where asserting dominance is not called for, and mind in a way that is 100% beta and anti-social.

Public space, an elevator for example, a bench, gym, person playing loud music or watching tiktok loud, clearly annoying everyone around them. That's anti-social dominant behavior. NO. This behavior is not coming from an alpha male or female asserting dominance. It almost certainly is coming for a low self esteem chihuahua-like person, who is an anti-social beta at its core with lots of social anxieties and not socially tuned.

Call it jerk, call it *******, I call it claiming space. It's beta. It is not attractive. It's not getting you women. It's not getting you friends.
