You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
I hear you but sometimes you do need to know how to defend yourself....there are some haters out there. Although I would like to know how this guy brings on getting beat up so much. And I hope he doesn't try sayin because i nail other dudes chicks. because half my crew does that. unless he's from bensonhurst. then he needs to raise the bar and get out of the gutter.everywomanshero said:Why do you keep getting into fights? The answer isn't to spend the next decade training like a UFC fighter. That's very childish thinking.
The kind of people who feel so powerless in life that they resort to fighting are not worth worrying about. They live in trailors, watch wrestling all day, and take it up the poop shoot in prisons. Unless you plan on living in a trailor park this shouldn't even be coming up. I laugh when I run into these kind of people because it's just so funny how insecure and powerless they really are. While everyone else is driving around in new cars, hot chicks, nice vacations, and such, these jokers are stewing with envy over cheap pizza, some 400lb toothless chic, and beer.
Its important to be able to defend yourself and those you love, training in stuff like bjj should be part of everyones lifestyle imo. This doesn't mean to go out and be some idiot getting into fights, basically its just training for when all the avoidance stuff doesn't work.everywomanshero said:Why do you keep getting into fights? Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
you need to stop being associated with drug dealersStéphane said:Well the first time was because I hooked up with a chick this other guy wanted, he waitted that I stepped outside to beat the f*ck out of me. The other time was really messed up, my friend had a drug dealer past, and I didn't really think much of it.
He got a call from his brother, saying that someone rated him out to the cops, and they were at his door steps. He said yeah yeah, if I end up in jail you come visit me brother. He closed his cell phone, and tried to kill me.
The 3rd time was even scarier. This chick had a drug dealer boyfriend in prison, and she was telling me all her issues. After a while I just wanted to get rid of her, but she kept coming back. She even added me on msn, stupid me added her. She was like you saw that other guy that hooked up with me he's getting murdered, I was like what? She was like yeah murdered, I was like I don't want to talk to you anymore your crazy.
I deleted, blocked, and stopped all contact.
Be careful with who you associate with.
Stéphane said:The world is a scary place, I already got heavilly beat up twice what's the best self defence course in order to defend myself. I guess guys want to fight with me, because i'm a threat.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
