Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You're playing a very dangerous game. I used to do the same thing (anticipate my last rep, roll the bar off my chest if I fail) until one time my arm collapsed under the bar without warning, and the bar came down on my face. Luckily I managed to slip my head out from underneath it. Had the bar landed any lower I wouldn't have been able to get my head out from under it, and I'd be dead.mikeyb said:I work out at home so I never have a spotter. It's happened a few times that I had to roll the bar off my chest, but usually I can sense when I'm likely to fail (on the last rep of the last set or two) so I cheat a little on that rep to make sure I can get it back up.
There's no evidence saying that going to failure is beneficial for strength gain so I don't think I'm detracting much from the workout by doing that.
i know, bad habit. they don't "cut", more cardio does, but muscular endurance and cutting go hand in hand in my mind.Kerpal said:Wrong, more reps/sets of lighter weight do not "cut".

If you work out at home, get a power rack or something that will keep you from dieing when you finally do misjudge your limit.
