hey all, hopefully everyone's enjoying whatever is left of the summer. I'm currently about 8-10% BF and maintain extremely strict eating habits..my uni is having a pub night, and was wondering..
Beer, light beer, coke, or diet?

Yeah, diet coke would prob. be my first choice, but between the two, am wondering which is less likely to spike insulin, add unnnecessary calories, etc. What's your take on the best/worsts?

If your only consideration is your diet & fitness, then water is always the best option.

id say 4-6 beers-youve worked extremely hard-one late night and that amount of beer will not take you a step back.
