Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I admit I still have major insecurities - I get annoyed when someone gets 108 likes on their FB post and I only get 7. I know this is irrational but I keep doing it.

In reality I have many reasons to be proud of myself but I let little things get to me. I don't use my race as an excuse that much anymore, but it still stops me from approaching at times because I feel that a girl won't like me for my looks.

Wanted to discuss ways to get over insecurities and anxieties. Most of the time, they are made up, and prevent us from reaching our goals.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Man, I feel you!

For the bolded section I want to say actually youre saving yourself from alot of trouble. If you feel in that way just next. Find someone to be cold approached that you are sure you and she is comfy with you. Dont be in a hesitation mode like you have to approach every hb7 material you see. You ll know when you see...

I am trying to do cold approaches since 4 days but so far "0". I had some insecure issues with myself also. I got rid of most of them but there are also some like i need to improve my body, my job etc...

I think women have much worse insecurity issues than men. Try to keep that in mind the next time the next time you talk to one. Even if she is a total b!tch to you, she's probably acting that way due to her own insecurity issues, not because of your value as a person.

Everyone has insecurities. If you want to master your own, learn to spot other people's similar issues. Bolster their confidence when you see they need it. That's a good way to treat anybody, but it works especially well with women. Ease her insecurities, and it will make her comfortable with you.

Good points.

But;

I believe there is a very fine line between bolstering their insecurities and filling up their egos. So you need to be extra careful when you achieve about that...

I get in secure, I am more attractive then my friends, but I take bad pictures and I am a dud on Tinder and POF, but in real life I get women pretty easily. And I am not in tip top shape yet, I am a bit stocky/chunky. I met one chick off pof and she almost didn't recognize me, said I looked even finer in person. I notice white people blondes picture the best for some reason. It makes me insecure, but real life is where it counts

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
