“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

This will be my work out journal.
I have 4 personal trainers certifications.
Hiring a personal trainer who won states and my training partner has set world records.
Seeing a dietitian soon.

Learning to cook soon too. Scared of stove fires due to childhood trauma, but will conquer that fear.

My records are:
Bench press: weighing 140 benching 275.
Squat: weighing 130 squatting 315.
Clean & Jerk: 185? I suck at this.
Leg Press: all the plates, not hard for me.
Push down: Idk, a lot.
Dips: Weighed with three 45 plates chained to me, 20 full dips. Weighing 130-140.

Goals over 300+ bench press while weighing below 150.
And compete in bodybuilding once.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

My weight has been really unusual and my health hasn't be great the past few years. Right now I'm doing something nobody would recommend, starving myself (literally zero meals a day, not one bite of food) until I'm under 165 lbs, I've lost a good 20-30 lbs.

Just pure will power.

I had come very close to benching twice my weight, but then I developed a wrist injury that has always nagged me whenever I have tried to get back into pumping iron.

Don't try and become perfect, OP. Those "greek gods" in your headline were likely reptilian-humanoid hybrid ET's wearing/using avatars to get their worship fix. They didn't actually look like that.

Just pick something realistically attainable for your goal.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would highly recommend that you stop doing that immediately. Enter a caloric deficit instead, no more than a 500 calorie deficit from maintenance, and dial down your weight from there. If you need a calorie calculator to help determine what your maintenance calories are, let me know. You will greatly underperform by starving your body of nutrients and calories.

You aim to gain strength while on a deficit, which is even more challeging and not something I'd recommend either. I was able to go from a 315lb squat to 365lb squat at 160lbs bodyweight in a fairly short period of time, after completing the Russian Smolov Squat program, which was very intensive. I was shooting for a 405lb 1RM but missed the mark. To gain strength and retain it, you must eat a lot. You're shooting yourself in the foot by doing whatever the hell that is

Oh, I already stopped starving. It was a week long thing. Nice results, thanks for the advice. I agree. Would take a paragraph to summarize what I’m doing, but I am essentially doing what you said, just not exactly as you said.

Squat strength doesn’t matter to me, I have a bad back. Only concerned with bench press. Never enjoyed dead lift so that doesn’t matter either.

How bad? Hope you're not young. I couldn't imagine a life without back squats lol. And yeah, deadlifts are a risky lift imo. Only necessary for powerlifting comp. Easy to tweak the back without textbook technique

Very bad, but even if it was fine I probably wouldn’t squat. Was never really my thing. Doctor said I can’t go heavy on leg press or do anything overhead due to pinched nerves. lol

I love deadlifts...best exercise there is, as it works virtually every muscle group, IMO.

Stick your ass out, keep your chest up and pull the bar up your shins by driving your heels thru the floor. Most people have issues with form because they try and lift weight they can't handle.

Squats are far more risky as you can get stuck in a down position and not be able to get back up if you don't use proper safety equipment.

Bench, squats, and deadlifts are all compound movements. They all involve various parts of the body. Bench press involves leg drive as well.

Reputable strongmen and the powerlifting community have also considered deadlifts to be a riskier exercise to execute. There is even less room for error at high weight. It isn't that simple to execute and everyone has varying degrees of form because of their anatomy. A lot of guys just ego lift and round their back to complete the lift. But you can still tweak your lower back easily, with "textbook" form. All it takes is a mistake

Not sure what you mean with squats. If you've been back squatting for a fair amount of time, you should know how to dump a squat. Lot less room for error with squats since it's not as intensive as deadlifts
