"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

at what point in your life did you decide youve had enough with women and take the red pill? was it after marriage or after dating a string of BPD women and the media and so on promoting men to be lesser or a combination off all?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Took the red pill after my BPD trainwreck.
Been on my own for 18months and love it. Love being by myself and happy in my own company.

Do what I want when I want and no one tells me what to do ever

Earned a shedload of cash during this time and own my own house and business and drive a top end car.
Couldn't have done it with a crazy on my arm or any other chick probably as they would have been a distraction.

I realise I was too much of a people pleaser. No more.

Taken out a few chicks but realise I don't need them as I have so much going on with work and hobbies. I don't owe anyone a cent and couldn't give a tosss about my ex or any other pretty woman which is a bit worrying??!

I Know I will never get married again ( as someone said if you had 100K would you invest in a business which had a 50% chance of failing would you? NO.
well marriage is the same....50% chance of failing...

Be independant and embrace life. Look after no.1 and that is you.

Money might not make you happy but it does give you freedom and options.

So get out there and make it.

That's something to strive for surely?

THANK YOU! EXACTLY!

I'm not worried about committing to marriage it's the other half.
And I have no intention of doing so.

To answer the OP's question, this is how it unfolded for me as well. I've always had pretty good luck pulling attractive women, but a terrible track record holding them down or picking quality women. I have a tendency to gravitate toward hot and crazy. Eventually, after getting shafted repeatedly, the reality started sinking in that it was probably something with me that needed to change.

The BPD experience was a huge eye opener which brought me to SoSuave, and SoSuave showed me the errors of my ways. The rest is history.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I realised that I would never commit myself to another woman again after my marriage breakdown 7 years ago. I didn't know it at the time but looking back, all relationships that I have had after that faltered because of my lack of commitment.

I'm happy the way that I am and happy with my life. I enjoy my own company and never feel lonely. To a certain extent I think we are conditioned into believing that we should "be with somebody"

At my age, 59, the women who interest me are few and far between. I had bypass surgery to save my life 3 1/2 years ago, and it took a lot out of me. I was in no mental condition for dating for a long time. Nowadays I mostly want to mind my own business, and not get worn out by life. I have a FWB, but she's not much on the 'B' part; she gets off with her b-o-b, but men just can't do it. I don't need Viagra to drill her properly, either!

I think everybody realises it at some point....usually, like me, its when you've made all the mistakes haha

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Sosuave showed me the wrong in my ways. I was messing with BPD madness, found this place, took red pill, rest is history. I certainly don't look at women the same now. I was jaded for awhile. Now I just accept women and their ways. Some are better, some worse. You can usually spot the markers pretty easily if you are red pill aware. What bothers me is the # of guys that are still wired into the matrix. We would experience a resurgence in proper lady behavior if as a whole men didn't put up with all the feminism brainwash. Granted that would take men being men and not sitting around playing video games.

There are a lot of posts about BPD, but in my experiences I have not really met many. Maybe I have the added advantage of being exposed to a family member ( non blood related) who was diagnosed with Bi Polar disorder, and i saw the absolute horror that followed. its almost second nature to be able to pick out the behavior at this point and have avoided those types of women like the plague. Just last week I met up with a 29 year old and recognized immediately what I was getting into and ran, and ran fast.

"I will no longer pursue this" was my exact words.

As far as the red pill is concerned, I have kind of had a ton of negative experiences which has slowly eroded my tolerance towards womens ****. I have enough potential options here so that one strike and they are out, and I delete their numbers. Sometimes I tell them, but most of the time I just move on. Its not that I walk around with this egotistical mindset that I am a fake prize ( fake PUA crap), but rather that its simply not worth the time. Furthermore, there are plenty of great women who ARE worth the time so its worth it to sacrifice some sex in order to meet the good women who put in the time, effort, and kindness that makes a healthy relationship. I am worth it, and she has to be worth it too!

There's a big difference between Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder (which is usually what the guys here on the forum are talking about when they say BPD). However, they are both very serious conditions, and I would stay far away from any women with either.

I do have a good friend who is Bipolar however. And while he has remained a good friend, his life has most definitely been marked with tragedy.

There is something missing from someone with real bipolar. It is as if they simply can not derive any sort of pleasure out of life. You can't reach them in any way. Its a very wierd feeling that I know well, and can sniff one out from a mile away. Case and point was this chick I met last weekend - she even said that we should hang out again ( she even dated professional athletes and was pretty hot) but I blatantly said no. I suspect many "alpha males" here would have said yes and gone down that road.

And thanks for the differentiation. What is boarderline personality disorder? Is that chronic lying and cheating?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
