Well just from reading this,I get the "feeling" that she may flake,but maybe that's just because I've seen this same type scenario on here like a thousand times over where the girl didn't call.
So I'll try to shake that feeling and look at this situation without any bias.
You think you could tell us (to the best you can) what the conversation was between you two? When you called her and she answered the phone,did you go straight into the talk about you two possibly seeing each other,or did you lead with something else first,then transition into the date talk?
Also,how long did the conversation last?
It's not really a good idea to put yourself in a position of waiting to hear from a girl,then that's where you are.
She may not call,but that doesn't mean she has no interest. You'll just need to be a bit more assertive to get her emotionally involved.
