"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

ok, quick intro. I was, and still, and AFC, working on the way out. This girl, in friend zone. Anyway, i just wanna try if this can work.

I am not feeling well so i din go for work today. So I plan to ask her to buy something for me to eat for dinner today, after her office hour. She would have to traffic jam all the way, and she dunno exactly where is my place. The lift here is also not working, so she might have to walk up the staircase. All this would generate frust I guess. Anyway, the reason i plan to do this is to see if she is just totally using me or she could actually do something for me. Also, to make her invest her time and energy on me. I will not do anything, not kino, nor showing any sexual indication but just ask her to buy me something to eat then just send her home. Because I dun wan her to put her guard up everytime she visit me, since this is the first time she visit my place.

Please kindly comment if this is actually AFC or the plan cant work, or anything need to change? Thank you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Forget that. You should try to lay the girl when you have the chance, not send her away for no reason. Making her do something is ok, but don't ask, tell. Then give it your best shot, make a move and try to have sex with her, or at least kiss her. Either she will or she won't, but if she rejects you, then you get a little better next time.

ok, here's how it goes.

I text her. "If you drive today, pack me something to eat after work, like porriage. I m home. Thanks."

She replied "Ha? What are you talking about?" :trouble:

I then replied after 30 minutes, "Not feeling well. I will ask somebody else to pack me something to eat."

After 5 minutes, "I got someone to pack me something to eat. No need trouble you. Thanks anyway."

Ok, just sharing the experience. Dun repeat my mistake, i guess. Or better, someone can point out which part is going wrong and we can learn from it.

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
That's WAY too much to ask from a girl that isn't your loving, caring gf, especially as a first favor.

Try asking her to pick up a quarter for you or something, jeebus.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Stop text-messaging her. That's what girlfriends do. Call her for 2-3 minutes to set up an in-person meeting, then get off the phone and don't talk to her until you meet.
