"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Honey is the healthy sweet tooth option, provided that one puts in the work to find a good product. The best honey comes from areas of wide diversity of flowers for the bees to work. It concentrates the antioxidants, flavenoids, and other beneficial substances. Honey from mono cropped agricultural areas is much less healthy. Bees can also simply be fed tanks of sugar water, which would be the least desirable, health wise. But at least it would still be real honey. Several research studies have investigated the genotoxic potential of sucralose. One study conducted on mice suggested that sucralose may induce DNA damage in the gastrointestinal tract. Another study using human cells in a laboratory setting reported similar findings, showing that sucralose could cause DNA damage and activate genes associated with DNA stress response.
