Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I thought this part was interesting, especially since around here it seems like the first thing everyone says is get into the gym. In my experience women do like their guys to be in shape, and they DO like muscles, but I have heard this before that they don't like the competitive bodybuilding look. At some point it appears you will get diminishing returns from women for lifting.
The other thing that caught my eye was the bits about "revenge sex" and "mate poaching". Girls will have sex with a guy to get revenge at someone. Maybe if you cheat on her with another girl, she will have sex with that girl's boyfriend to get even with both of you. I've seen that happen.
And I've definitely seen a lot of "mate poaching". From what I've seen girls will shamelessly go after each other's men, some of them anyway. Definitely more likley to happen that for a guy to go after another guy's girl. And when they do it's often at the girl's instigation. Men have a SLIGHTLY better sense of honor when it comes to this type of thing. Bros before hos, you know.
Bragging rights to friends? My friends rarely even meet any girls i go out with.
