It's kind of like whole "are humans monogamous" debate. It's both, under different conditions.

My example is dependent on the woman being monogamous, not the man. Certainly the man can be monogamous, but not necessarily. And history is full of examples where the women were faithful but the men planted a lot of seeds. The main point is that you can be more certain that the child is yours if you are the only one banging her.

If you guys are so keen on sharing vaginas, and think it's so "alpha", why don't y'all get into some MMF threesomes? You can save time that way.

In the long term, I just don't see where women handle multiple partners very well. The effects of too many men causes too much mental damage.

And supporting this is giving your power away. Its another form of feminism.

I watched a documentary about the Mormons and Brigham Young. One of his wives wrote in her diary that she was happy to be in a polygamist relationship. She felt that it gave her more power and freedom to invest more in herself since she didn't have to focus all of her time on a husband. There were other women that could take care of him when she wanted to do something else. She could devote her time to running her business instead of looking after a husband. She thought this was really where feminism first started.

Feminism's next big push will be test tube "designer" babies so that women can go through a list of sperm donors like a restaurant menu and genetically engineer the kids they want so they don't have to learn how to love a man lol.
