Many older generation who practices cardio, aerobic state their regret at late age wishes they do lifting weight before it's too late. At later age bone mass , tendons, joint etc has lost its peak.

I did deadlifts today and then did sprints. 225x6x2 as a warmup, 275x6x2, 295x6

If you want a great HIIT finisher, I highly suggest weighted overhead ball slams...I do 5 mins AMRAP with a 30 lb ball, have gone from doing 75-80 when I started to a new best of 101 this morning. Hoping to get to 115-120 eventually.
