i am a mother, so i always preach milk is good for you.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

mother's milk is AWESOME.. but once breastfeeding stops, putting cow's milk into your children's bodies is close enough to poisoning them. (even if they have no discernable reactions e.g. stomach issues)penkitten said:i am a mother, so i always preach milk is good for you.
15g of protein is fine if you're a hamster. add some protein powder to your cereal or have eggs with it (or both)i am me said:its all i hav time for cus i got early classes...but at least it has like 15g of protein and lots of fiber in it
milk builds strong bones and is a wonderful source of calcium.Warboss Alex said:mother's milk is AWESOME.. but once breastfeeding stops, putting cow's milk into your children's bodies is close enough to poisoning them. (even if they have no discernable reactions e.g. stomach issues)

older and wiser sweet pea...Warboss Alex said:it's harder to teach the older generation these things (no offence) because the pro-milk mantra has been ingrained for longer. just like the anti-fat consensus.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

yogurt contains milk, and it sounds like you are allergic so that is why you used to have problems with it.Warboss Alex said:if it is live culture yogurt then it's fine because the bacteria will help you digest it (ironic you need bacteria to digest lactose huh..) and provide lots of probiotic goodness. I have no issues with yogurt but stuff like milk/cottage cheese gives me terrible stomach trouble..
if you are talking yogurt with added sugar then no, I wouldn't touch it but natural, live culture yogurt is okay, in fact it's good for you. just that it doesn't have enough protein to be a viable source but the way you have it is just fine
weirdly enough, large amounts of yogurt USED to give me issues but milk didn't.. now it's the opposite (and has been for years).
yogurt contains lactose but also the enzymes (in its live cultures) to digest it, I think it was just the quantities in which I used to eat it which gave me problems (it'd give anyone problemspenkitten said:yogurt contains milk, and it sounds like you are allergic so that is why you used to have problems with it.
