Re the bolded part
Isn’t that the same thing tho?
or do you mean spending the money as flash /bait for a lifestyle you may not have … confused
I had a buddy who lived in a beautiful luxury condo downtown. The place was a magnet for some of the most attractive women in the city.
Why?
It had incredible views, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a social scene filled with successful, upwardly mobile professionals, beautiful women, and even professional athletes.
Every weekend he would have parties or pregame, and all types of hot chicks would show up.
One day, I asked him:
"Yo, do you ever worry that these women are only hanging around you because you have money?"
His response stuck with me.
"Not really. It's not like these women are asking me to pay their bills. Women want to have fun, and they want to be where the fun is. It's pretty easy to tell the difference between a woman who's trying to get something out of you and one who genuinely likes you but also enjoys doing fun shyt."
And that brings me to my point.
Money doesn't necessarily buy attraction. It buys ACCESS.
Money gives you access to experiences, environments, social circles, and opportunities you might not otherwise have.
Now, I already know what some guys are going to say:
"Well, your buddy IS just tricking on women!"
And his response would probably be:
"Bro, my boys and I were going to pop bottles and have a good time regardless. So why not invite some beautiful women to join us? We're already at the beach. Might as well bring some sand!"
One of the biggest misconceptions I see on this forum is that a lot of men view money strictly through a transactional lens when it comes to women. Once you have money yourself or hang around people you do, you realize that the women MOST women are just happy to have ACCESS to guy's who are living a fun lifestyle.
But here's what some guys don't seem to understand. It's not Pay to Play (are there situations like that? Sure, but I'm focusing on the ones that aren't)
Women, especially attractive women who have plenty of options, want to have fun just like everybody else. They enjoy good company, exciting experiences, and being around people who know how to have a good time.
Am I saying you need to pop bottles, drive a luxury car, or live in a downtown condo to attract beautiful women?
Of course not. But if you do, it certainly doesn't hurt. Hard-working, well-to-do guys aren't busting their a$$ 40-70 hours a week so they can live in a one-bedroom, 500-square-foot apartment in the hood or in a trailer park, no shade.
I think a lot of men approach this subject from a scarcity mindset. They automatically assume that if a woman enjoys a man's lifestyle, she must be using him.
That's not necessarily true.
Believe it or not, plenty of women aren't obsessing over how much money you make. They aren't looking for a man to pay their bills or finance their existence.
But if you've built an attractive lifestyle filled with interesting experiences, good people, and fun things to do, that can absolutely make it easier to attract women and create opportunities to build connections(along with your *Local* social status)
And yes, it can help sustain interest, provided there's actual chemistry and compatibility.
There's a difference between a woman who wants you to finance her lifestyle and a woman who's genuinely attracted to you but also appreciates the lifestyle you've built.
