smart as in has a degree in theoretical physics? well there are a lot of female biology/chemistry majors, many are hot.

smart as in street smart? well lots of drug dealers have a woman who helps them sell, plenty of pimps are female, most strippers know how to extract thousands from a beta, etc.

as a general rule, no woman you meet will be particularly smart, because smart people in general are uncommon, but her being hot doesn't necessarily have a bearing on her intelligence unless she's also extremely lazy or narcissistic to the point that she relies on her looks (the kinda girl who bangs her boss to get a job that she does nothing in, or the kinda girl who doesn't pay attention in class then flirts with nerds for tutoring/answers)

that's mainly because what type of intelligence is being referred to depends on context, so how smart someone is depends on what the context is.

aka, having a perfect GPA doesn't make you smart when it comes to winning a street fight, but having the ability to win a street fight isn't going to look impressive on a job resume

I'd say they are still quite dumb. They will pass up the quality guy and go for a bad boy who beats them.

Very hot ones rely on their looks too much. I've rarely see them do well in school or progress in their profession. So many of them due stupid jobs like make up artist or waitressing.

Moreover, they tend to become a single parent early in life which shows they have horrible judgment.

Some are dumb, like the ones who have learned to use their t!ts to get by. Some of them are the type who like to get their life together, they'll work out, maximize their looks, and be ambitious in their career. Maybe like a great theater actress, for example. Those girls can be quite intelligent. Probably don't make the best girlfriends though.

Generally they are. I feel it is because the lure of just meeting a dude with money and never working again is just too strong for many women so they just never try to develop themselves personally.
