That's easy to say in theory but in the heat of the moment, it's not that simple. You just have to get used to talking to hot girls, talk to more of them and you'll train yourself to realise that they are normal people with the same sort of insecurities.

the same way you learnt how to walk. practice. repeated approaches and subsequent failures until it is no longer a big deal to you. you could start gradually by approaching women in perfume departments for instance.
