“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Generally I am very disciplined when it comes to my diet. I don't touch fast food, cakes, alchohol or fried food. But one of my bad habits is eating late at night. I try not to, but for some reason I get extremely hungry towards the end of the day. I usually cook some chicken fillets, but these don't fill me up and I don't get the chance if I'm out. Otherwise I just fight through it, but it makes my evenings very uncomfortable.

So does anyone know of an effective way of suppressing my appetite a few hours before bed? I'd prefer to avoid slimming drugs.

Why is it bad to eat before bed? Have 1/2-1lb of the (lean) meat of your choice and half a lb of veg. (or adjust the quantities accordingly.. basically, if you fill up on veg you won't be hungry)

That's not bad? I was led to believe you shouldn't eat anything 3 hours before bed, or is that just carbs?

I'll prepare some vegetables with my next supper then. Thanks again!

gawd mate, if I didn't eat before bed I'd wake up starving in the middle of the night.

Carbs pre-bed are a no-no, that is correct. But 'not eating' before bed is foolish. You want a thermogenic meal to keep your metabolism up during the night so you can continue to recover, repair and burn fat during sleep - sleep slows down the metabolism usually, eating before bed counters this.

Lean protein, veggies and low amounts of fat (~15-20g for most people) is fine pre-bed.

Like a protein drink with some peanut butter, or a stir-fry with chicken and veg.

There's nothing wrong with eating before bed. Usually when I wake up to take a tinkle in the middle of the night, I'll stumble into the kitchen and grab a couple knife fulls of peanut butter before I get back to sleep.
