Anyone have any suggestions on protein shakes?

I would like whey protein isolate. The shakes in a bottle prefered but the powder is fine as well. I am also wondering what other brands you use and have had good experience with. I'm trying to lose weight and get cut. Thanks.

Get your protein from solid food sources. If your going to get a powder then get Isolate or Egg White protein

I've always found that milk is best and cheapest source of protein.
