"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok with much just cause, i told my ex gf to **** off. I told her if she messages me on aim i will block her, if she emails me i will delete it. Yet today she messages me, and asks me for my phone number. And i say why the hell do you want my number? And she goes "i met some hot metal girl at sticks and strings".... and im like "thats nice, then blocked her." She gets on a different sn and starts bugging me for it again, and figures it out on her own. Why the hell would she message me knowing i hate her and will block her, to get my number to give to some "girl" she met. I think its freaking bull****.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

lol...don't ever tell a girl you are going to ignore her. In doing so you basically challenged/dared her to try to get you to respond to her. Even though you blocked her...you still responded first, lol. She won and got the satisfaction that she got a response.

If you want to ignore someone...just ignore them...don't announce it to them because then you paint yourself into a corner.

bro this has nothing to do with being afc, this girl did many things to me. She lied, cheated on me, planned my own assault in a parking lot so other guys would jump me. Physically attacked me herself, and she has mental issues. I think telling her to **** off is fine.

She sounds like a real peach...and I can't help but ask what on earth you saw in her.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Just ignore her and have her email automatically sent to your spam box. Just shut her out without telling her and NEVER respond at all. Eventually she will get bored and find someone else to be a pain to.

agreed. after telling her to shut the **** up liek 30 times. Because i kept getting mad and replying. I figured out how to have hotmail automatically delete incoming mail from her. Good, now she hopefully won't talk to me any other ways.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

If she tries to contact you other ways, just ignore her. She's looking to get a rise out of you and everytime you react to what she does and respond to her you are rewarding her. Don't reward her in any way, shape or form. When she figures out that she's not getting the negative attention (aka reward) she'll find another target to pester. Be strong...

Well there you go...

She'll get bored with bothering you as long as you ignore her. It might take a little while, but it will work.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
