Does anybody else flesh gets bruised when using certain machines in the gym? When I use 2 machines in the gym that involves placing my shoulders underneath them such as "Hack squates" or "Standing Calf Raises" I noticed that it leaves deep red marks in the flesh of skin on my shoulders and it takes about a week or so for it to heal. Anybody else experience this? or knows why it happens??

It's nothing mate. Temporary battle scars - wear them with pride!

If the machines dig into your skin uncomfortably you could try putting a towel there or something to cushion the blow, so to speak.

quads should feel most burn from squats... not lower leg so much.
