Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've heard several people did them growing up and developed some natural strength from it. I've tried them and they're definitely tough, but I was wondering if anyone had gotten any long term strenght and size from them.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You won't get any more size over normal pushups, your fingers and wrists will get stronger though which is always useful.

Yeah, refer back to my post mate.
It won't blow up your forearms much more than normal pushups, if anything.

Do fingertip pushups to strengthen your hands, not to gain mass.
To gain mas son the forearms, do the usual forearm stuff.

Yeah I'm looking for more hand strength as well. It's one of those things some guys are born with and take for granted. Don't get me wrong, I'm fairly strong, but I want huge ripped forearms. After all, they are the most visible body part.
