The problem is, my mind is inhibited from cold approaching by the fear of being "weird/creepy", sexually harassive, and bothersome. I am afraid to even look at women for those reasons, like yesterday when i passed through a beach, especially then since they wear more revealing clothing. If its between 5-7 then you need to be very socially calibrated and assess the situation before you approach. Smile before you approach. Try to get eye contact and smile and use a good opener. If you are below a 5 then your are probably right, and you need to improve your looks (if possible).

I feel you. When I was 18 and 19 my game was what I would like to have it now . I didn't give a sht what I said and if I looked at her cleavage or eyes , I simply had the confidence to show my intentions. Then I was in an abusive 5 Year on and off relationship that threw me completely off.
Got drunk got fat blablabla. Drama behavior.
Decided to go celibate for 6 months and get my **** together. Now that I got my **** together I got my confidence back. Still not where I want it to be, cause I catch myself thinking to much about what I said or how I said it afterwards instead of just not giving a f.

The same **** applies for game or any social interaction. You have to get out your head. Have small talks with strangers especially men where the pressure is not high on you for being awkward. And after you chit chat a bit you are ready to for a girl. That helped me a LOT. You are in a mood for social interaction .and now you got a vibe going. This is how I start on bad days.

now I can barely get matches. It’s almost impossible to meet hot girls unless you pay the dating sites. That’s the only way to be seen these days or else the algorithm does nothing for you and you rarely get seen by anyone.

and what you’re paying for is to be seen by the few girls on the site that are active and that’s just normal girls not the hot ones. Most hot girls just have profiles for advertising their IG and they don’t even go on the dating sites.

I got tons of likes on okcupid but they were all Filipinas faking their location in search of a greencard daddy.

Tinder you need to throw out all your standards to get consistent success on it.
