One of my goals is to be in my first contest...next july...right now I am about 5'10 ...195 12-13%.


I figure I can put on another 5 by march and cut down to 6-8%. I cut up once to 5%...but I lost a ton of muscle..not using t or anything..

going to be using clen and t-3 this time around...and tons of lean beef..


thoughts would be great..

I will probably compete in a year or two.. in fitness category.

I would suggest u - that u give in more cardio and u put t3 later (if u are on AAS).. u would need a personal trainer or someone who competetd, coz preparing on the match is difficult and it is a nonsense if u are doing this on your own.

combine that with the fact that you're gonna look super tiny on stage.

If you said you were 225 and 12%, then I could see you cutting down and being pretty chill, but at 195-200 and cutting down like 6-7%??? we're talking something like 12-15 lbs. That's a tiny body for a BB stage.

i have a couple friends that competed, if you want pm me your msn and when they are online ill hook you up with them.

when when you say gain 5, do you mean a 5 lean lbs, because you can def get more than that by march. i may compete this year as well. depends how my progress goes this year and if i dont hurt myself in football.

Don't use T3 or you'll look like a concentration camp victim by the end of your cycle.
