"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok guys, theres this girl at my work, HB7, who totally flirts with me all the time, i get the IOIs i give her IOIs, life is good. I didnt make a move before cause she had a superchill long term boyfriend. Today when i saw her at work, she told me she broke up with him, but now she doesnt seem interested with me, and its not like its cause of the break up cause she said she wants to bone a guy from her other work. Any ideas or advice i could get to try and get her back? i tried a bit of a freeze out, but all she kept sayin was that she wished the other guy would call her. please please please help :D

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You're already in the LJBF zone. Its to late mate, you should have made a move earlier.

Either shes trying to make you jealous. Or you're now a friend. No worries. Play it like you would if you just met her. C&F, Jokes, Kino, Have a life, etc. If she doesn't come around, who gives a sh*t

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
