Are Anxiety vs Nervousness both same ?

not sure what it is ,sometimes im not so relaxed

If you think you might have a problem with anxiety get yourself a biofeedback device. I suggest the GSR2.(You can buy them online for like 100bux) Look on youtube for how it works. I got one a few years back and with the feedback device you can learn to control anxiety by controlling the pitch sound on the devive with your feelings. Its really weird. You can test your anxiety level with it too. The smaller the sensitivity number the higher your anxiety is. It will show you how anxiety affects you before you even realize its causing an effect... Before the knot in your gut.. Before you lose your cognitive thinking ability in the heat of an anxious moment.

They're both pretty much based on "what if ??" and assuming the worst (negative mindset). The cure to them is to be more present and try and adopt a more positive (or don't give a FVCK ) mindset.
