i am good looking but i don't believe it. i am named after a famous actor. i am good looking everyone tells me that but i can't get myself to believe it, so when i'm walking by a cute girl i just get really anxious and can't get myself to look at her and i start walking faster and sweat, and when i finally get to my destination and there's no more cute girls to walk past, i feel a sense of relief

any suggestions?

its underlying problems. Like an ex girlfriend or anything to that extent. I dont know you so i cant really judge but i just got over a year of bad anxiety. I am also good looking and have been told that many times but i didnt think of myself as goodlooking. I think that could have also been an issue... as shallow as it sounds i felt like people were always looking and it started to bug me out. If the issue continues dont get into the zoloft kick just stop and think about your self in the future looking back and think about just what exactly was freaking you out. Just keep in mind if you dont do something about it now it may get worse then you get the common attachment for anxiety... depression... dont let it get there man. hope some of this helped, peace

Yeah, I had the same problem. For me it was caused by low testosterone levels.

Once I hit the gym and did everything I could to help raise the testosterone levels (the NATURAL way), it became fine. In fact its better than fine. I feel great and I have no problems with anxiety or crazy emotions around chicks.

Don't spank the monkey so much. In fact dont do it at all. And do squats.

If you cant do squats do deadlifts. If you cant do deadlifts do pullups (on a bar). Anything that stresses your body wil release more testosterone.

btw, a little meditation helps too. Gets you focused and sharp and completely clears out any useless thoughts that are causing emotions. Control your thoughts and you control your emotions.
